We took off for LA from Narita. I always set my watch the
local time as soon as I get on board whenever I go abroad.
This is my way to adjust time difference right away. As my body clock naturally
follows the time I set, I don’t suffer from jet lag.
We arrived in LA after 11 hours flight, which was not so long considering 2 meals
and sleeping time.
I felt the world became really closer. We flew over for 11 hours between Japan
and America, aproximatly 11,000 km, though; I rather felt taking so long from
airplane we got off to LA.
As security check was severe against terrorist after tero, when we could finally
breath fresh nice air in LA was one hour later after we got off. It was fair whether
.I met Miss Kazu again.
Having vitality but not showy, tough, flexible, sophisticated lady. This is my
image of Miss Kazu.I heard she is only Japanese lady who owns theater in U.S.
The theater’s name is “Secret Rose’
We trainee of “WA no WA “ learned here performance of Sutera and Adora and took
lessons of pantomime, walking and performance.
It was very significant experience .It has been 8 months from that, how could
I imagine
I would be performing with Hollywood star.
I am a person who cannot think about future anyway, so what I don’t expect in
my life always happens.
We had lunch at a
Chinese restaurant nearby motel where we stayed for rehearsal starting from evening.

As my fortune cookie said “Good fortune will be coming for you.”There”, my really
lucky week was truly coming.
The rehearsal started from evening. When we reached there, all performers gathered
already so rehearsal started night after we reached there,
This play”Hachigatu Jyuugoya no Chaya”performed already 22 times here in LA through
Dec.in last year to Feb.in this year, so their play was already perfect.
They just gathered for us to play together on this rehearsal.
I tried to focus on performance pretending, as they were company who had been
for long time so that we could finish the rehearsal one time.
On the contrarily we rehearsed until 11:00 pm.It was amazing so much time had
already flown away since it was so fun and concentrated on the rehearsal so much.
I wanted to
Rehearse with them more, and I also wish if I could have seen their first lesson
at the same time.
I had an urge to know how it had been completed by them.
I felt a very short day, but it had almost gone the long day. |
